Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Digital tickets are accepted. Make sure your phone is charged, your screen brightness is up, and we recommend using the Skiddle app.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

If the event isn’t sold out, limited tickets may be available. Buying in advance is recommended.

Lost your ticket?

Contact the official ticket provider with your booking reference. Tickets cannot be reissued at the gate.

Can I pass my ticket to someone else?

Yes, unless otherwise stated by the ticket provider. Check their transfer policy before the event.

No. Tickets are non-refundable.

Gate opening and last entry times will be shared before the event.

No. Re-entry is not allowed unless stated otherwise.

Will I be searched?

Yes. Bag searches and personal searches will take place on entry. A strict no-drugs policy is enforced. Anyone found with drugs will be refused entry. Drug amnesty bins are available before the entrance and drug dogs and officers will be operating.

Valid photo ID only. We accept passports, driving licences, or military MOD90 ID.

Yes, but under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at entry and throughout the day.

Yes. Accessible toilets and step-free routes are available where possible. Some areas may be uneven or harder to access.

Yes. A free personal assistant ticket is usually available with valid documentation. Contact Skiddle in advance.

No food, drink, or alcohol is allowed and searches are carried out on entry. A small amount of food and drink is allowed for Under 5 ticket holders.
